David came with his truck, completely cleaned the area and installed netting and spikes. He even cleaned our neighbor's ledge. Problem solved. "I am restoring an old Victorian that has been abandoned in San Francisco. The birds had been roosting on the roof for 20 years. As soon as Bird Busters left they were flying back to the roof but they couldn't land. They tried and tried to land with no success, A week later I am happy to say the birds have left for good. "We are so grateful to David and Bird Busters. Our location on the corner of 24th St and Mission St is part of the main flying pattern for the pigeons that roost next to the BART Station. We were preparing to paint a huge mural on the outside of our building when we discovered that our vent provides the perfect nesting place for pigeons. The wall and sidewalk beneath it were covered in pigeon poop - gross and unsanitary!!
We first called local Barry's Bird Control, but they were unable to do it because we had no outside water source access for the power washing. They referred us to David at Bird Busters, who not only called us back the very next day and came out shortly afterward to assess the situation in person. David was so helpful and really nice (I guess I was expecting someone disgruntled, since it can be a dirty job). He gave us several options and an extremely fair quote, and was understanding about our budget as a non-profit.
David went above and beyond what we expected. He came back a few days later, squeezed us into his already full schedule, washed the area and installed spikes so the pigeons wouldn't nest there - all before any of us had even arrived at the office! His quotes and pricing were extremely fair, and you'll know upon meeting him that you can trust what he's suggesting. We haven't had any problems since! We'll never use anyone else - Bird Buster's and David are our go-to's!" -Dance Mission

"David is simply amazing. He installed netting when we first moved in 5 years ago. This past week the neighbor next door did some work on their storefront awning and damaged our netting. I didn't realize pigeons were roosting until I saw poop on the ground. I emailed BB and explained the problem. I got a response immediately from David and he said he'd check it out. A few hours later I got a reply saying two birds were released from behind the netting and the netting was repaired. I asked how much and he pretty much said no problem. What a great gesture even on someone else's mistake! Help out this small business as they can give you better attention other than the bigger companies!!
